On June 21, 2017 I entered into an agreement to purchase a vehicle from Highline Motorsports and was promised delivery of a vehicle no later than June 26, 2017. However, on June 26 Dave D******* communicated to me the vehicle was not ready. I became very suspicious of the vehicle condition. Consequently, on June 30 and July 5, respectively, Dave D******* promised a refund promptly of the $16,500 I already paid. To date you Highline Motorsports (Dave D*******) failed to refund my money. To date July 23, 2017, the money has not been returned. There is $16,500 of my money for the past 30 days that Highline Motorsports has in addition to recent attorney fees. The situation with Highline Motorsports in Phoenix has deteriorated. This business is practicing fraudulent and deceitful practices within the State Of Arizona and no one seems to be able to assist.
